ABSOLUTELY recommend Galaxy Steam Clean! We have a puppy and her 'piddles' were driving me crazy...Galaxy got them out and our carpets look like new! Things I noticed that really impressed me: their attention to detail (they used some kind of brush at the end that made the carpet look so even and new/fresh, their equipment seemed really high-end, they were very careful with pulling the equipment around corners/through rooms (they even had these corner barriers so the hoses wouldn't drag along the walls). They showed up on time, were very professional, and were very clear on procedure and pricing. No surprises! VERY pleased, and will use again!
